Neder Instructional Design began in 1994. At this time we focused on CD-Rom based multimedia-training applications using products such as Authorware and HyperCard. Since then, the Internet has revolutionized the industry. The demand for faster, easier, and better training systems has pushed many instructional designers to the conclusion that the strictly sequential development methodology dictated by traditional ISD (Instructional Systems Design) is no longer applicable.
Currently Neder Instructional Design uses a "Systems Dynamic" approach to instructional design. This approach enables designers and developers to achieve their goals more quickly and efficiently using streamlined analysis techniques and through rapid prototyping.
Our focus is on human performance and performance centered design. This ensures that the training and knowledge management systems we design are targeted to the business goals of the company and to the performer/learners actual needs. We always avoid training for "training's sake."
